Commission Tracker ("the App") is developed by NFapps ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle data when you use our app on the monday.com platform.

1. Data We Access

The App accesses the following data from your monday.com account:

• Board data: column structure, item names, column values (deal amounts, statuses) — to calculate commissions.
• User data: user names, IDs, and email addresses — to display sales rep names and enable commission splits.
• Account context: account ID, subscription status — to manage app features and licensing.

2. Data Storage

All app data (commission plans, split configurations) is stored exclusively using monday.com's built-in Storage API at the account level. We do not operate external databases or servers that store your data.

3. Feedback Form

The App includes an optional feedback form. If you choose to submit feedback, your message along with your monday.com display name and email address are sent to the developer for the sole purpose of responding to your request. This data is not stored in any database and is not shared with third parties.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not use AI/ML models to process your data.

5. Data Security

All communication between the App and monday.com occurs over HTTPS. The App runs on monday.com's infrastructure (monday code), inheriting its security measures. We do not have direct access to your stored data outside of the app's runtime context.

6. Data Retention

Commission plan configurations are stored as long as the App is installed on your account. When you uninstall the App, all associated data in monday.com Storage is removed according to monday.com's data retention policies.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Delete any commission plan or split configuration within the App at any time.
• Uninstall the App to remove all stored data.
• Contact us to request information about your data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
