These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Commission Tracker ("the App"), developed by NFapps ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Commission Tracker is a monday.com application that helps sales teams calculate, track, and manage commissions. The App operates within the monday.com platform and requires an active monday.com account.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing is managed through monday.com's payment system.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App accesses your monday.com data only as necessary to provide commission tracking functionality.
The App performs commission calculations based on the data and rules you configure. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying commission amounts before making payments. The App is a calculation tool, not a substitute for financial review.
The App runs on monday.com's infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App's availability depends on monday.com's platform uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect commission calculations, lost data, or business interruption.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
